摘要
目的研究聚焦解决模式在老年骨质疏松性骨折护理中的应用价值及对生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2021年3月—2023年7月邹城市人民医院收治的132例骨质疏松性骨折患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方式分为对照组(n=66)、研究组(n=66)。对照组行常规护理,研究组结合聚焦解决模式护理。比较两组患者护理干预前后的负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Anxi-ety Scale,SDS)]、自我效能感[自我效能感量表(General Self-efficacy Scale,GSES)]及生活质量[生活质量简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life-100,WHOQOL-100)]评分。结果护理前,两组患者的负性情绪、自我效能感、生活质量各项评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。护理后,两组患者的负性情绪评分低于护理前,且研究组SAS评分为(38.38±3.93)分,SDS评分为(41.38±4.47)分,均低于对照组的(45.02±3.18)分与(46.63±3.54)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.635,7.480;P均<0.05);两组患者的自我效能评分高于护理前,且研究组评分为(29.51±5.36)分,高于对照组的(27.73±4.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.001;P<0.05);两组患者的生活质量评分高于护理前,且研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在老年骨质疏松性骨折护理中融合聚焦解决模式,可有效缓解患者负性情绪,提高其自我效能感与生活质量。
Objective To study the application value of the solution-focused approach in nursing elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures and its impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 132 patients with osteoporotic fractures ad-mitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from March 2021 to July 2023 were convenient to select as the research objects and divided into a control group(n=66)and a study group(n=66)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received nursing combined with the solution-focused approach.The scores of negative emotions[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],self-efficacy[General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)],and quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life-100(WHOQOL-100)]were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of negative emotions,self-efficacy,and quality of life between patients in the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion scores of both groups were lower than those before nurs-ing,the SAS score of the study group was(38.38±3.93)points,and the SDS score was(41.38±4.47)points,both lower than(45.02±3.18)points and(46.63±3.54)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.635,7.480;both P<0.05),the self-efficacy scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the score of the study group was(29.51±5.36)points,higher than(27.73±4.85)points of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(t=2.001;P<0.05),the score of quality of life in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the score of quality of life in the study group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Incorporating the solution-focused approach in nursing elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures can effectively relieve patients'negative emotions an
