摘要
目的探究腹腔镜技术与亮丙瑞林、戊酸雌二醇联合应用在子宫内膜异位症治疗中的疗效。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年9月首都医科大学电力教学医院收治的100例子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料,按不同治疗方法分为探究组和对比组,每组50例。对比组接受腹腔镜手术联合亮丙瑞林治疗,而探究组则在对比组基础上联合戊酸雌二醇治疗。对比两组经期腹痛情况、性激素水平、妊娠率、复发率及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,探究组的经期腹痛情况优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组的性激素水平优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组的妊娠率高于对比组,复发率低于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组的并发症总发生率为6.00%(3/50),低于对比组的20.00%(10/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜技术与亮丙瑞林、戊酸雌二醇联合疗法在子宫内膜异位症治疗中,能明显缓解患者的经期腹痛,有效调节性激素水平,提高妊娠率,降低复发率及并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic technique combined with leuprorelin and estradiol valer-ate in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with endometriosis admitted to the Capital Medical University Electric Power Teaching Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were retrospec-tively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into inquiry group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin,while the study group was treated with estradiol valerate on the basis of the control group.The menstrual abdominal pain,sex hormone level,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Af-ter treatment,the menstrual abdominal pain in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sex hormone level of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.00%(3/50),which was lower than 20.00%(10/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic technique combined with leuprolide and estradiol valerate in the treatment of endometriosis can significantly alleviate the menstrual abdominal pain of patients,effectively regulate the level of sex hormones,im-prove the pregnancy rate,and reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications.
