基于模糊规则的矿用自卸车驱动防滑控制研究

摘要 针对电传动矿用自卸车在运行过程中无法根据道路情况自适应输出转矩、车轮过度滑转难以及时调整的问题,对其牵引系统进行深入研究,提出基于模糊规则的矿用自卸车驱动防滑控制系统,有效解决了车辆在低附着路面车轮易打滑的问题,提高了车辆在地面附着系数突变时打滑的调整能力。最终通过仿真验证了该系统的有效性,对矿用自卸车驱动防滑系统的设计应用具有一定的意义。 In response to the problems of the electric drive mining dump truck being unable to adaptively output torque according to the driving road and difficult to adjust in a timely manner when the wheels slip excessively during operation,in-depth research was conducted on its traction system,and a fuzzy rule-based driving anti-slip control system for mining dump truck was proposed,which effectively solves the problem of wheel slippage on low adhesion road surfaces and improves the adjustment ability of vehicle slippage when the ground adhesion coefficient suddenly changes.Finally,the effectiveness of this system was verified through simulation,which has certain significance for the design and application of anti-slip systems for mining dump truck.
