摘要
为了应对老年人对养老服务日益增长和多样化的需求,实施积极老龄化战略,文章采用服务设计理论和方法论设计和开发社区居家智慧养老服务,以解决中国现有社区居家智慧养老模式的不足和问题,并为相关领域的研究奠定理论基础,旨在通过社区居家智慧养老服务,保障老年人居家养老的自主性与安全性,整合社区资源,最大化提升社区居家养老服务的效益,促进社会福祉的共享,助力老年人实现“老有所为”和“老有所乐”,进而提升其生活品质,同时优化我国社区居家智慧养老服务的产业生态链和价值链,推动服务模式的升级与发展。
In order to meet the growing and diverse needs of elderly people for elderly care services and implement an active aging strategy,this article adopts service design theory and methodology to design and develop community home-based smart elderly care services,in order to solve the shortcomings and problems of China’s existing community home-based smart elderly care models,and lay a theoretical foundation for related research.The aim is to ensure the autonomy and safety of elderly people’s home care through community home-based smart elderly care services,integrate community resources,maximize the benefits of community home care services,promote the sharing of social welfare,help elderly people achieve“active aging”and“happy aging”,and improve their quality of life,at the same time,optimize the industrial ecological chain and value chain of China’s community home-based smart elderly care services,and promote the upgrading and development of service models.
