摘要
目的:探讨寻常型银屑病患者睡眠质量分析及与病情严重程度关系。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年12月泉州市皮肤病防治院收治的寻常型银屑病患者73例为观察组,选取该时间段我院健康体检者61例为对照组。采用银屑病面积与严重程度指数(PASI)评估观察组病情严重程度,并根据评估结果分为轻度组(n=31)、中度组(n=30)及重度组(n=12)。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)评估各组睡眠质量;采用Pearson相关性分析对寻常型银屑病患者病情严重程度与睡眠质量进行相关分析。结果:观察组PSQI各评分高于对照组(P<0.05);重度组PSQI各评分高于轻度组和中度组(P<0.05);相关性结果表明,寻常型银屑病患者PASI评分与PSQI各维度评分负相关(P<0.05)。结论:寻常型银屑病患者常伴有睡眠质量异常,不同病情严重程度下睡眠质量存在差异,二者存在相关性,能为临床制定干预措施提供依据。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between sleep quality and disease severity in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A total of 73 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated at Quanzhou City Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 61 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)was used to assess disease severity in the observation group,and based on the PASI scores,the patients were divided into a mild group(n=31),a moderate group(n=30),and a severe group(n=12).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate sleep quality in each group.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between disease severity and sleep quality in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Results:PSQI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).PSQI scores in the severe group were higher than those in the mild and moderate groups(P<0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that PASI scores were negatively correlated with PSQI scores across all dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with psoriasis vulgaris often experience abnormal sleep quality,and sleep quality varies with the severity of the disease.There is a correlation between disease severity and sleep quality,which can provide a basis for clinical intervention strategies.
