脉冲参数对氨基磺酸盐体系电镀镍表面形貌和耐蚀性的影响

摘要 [目的]研究不同脉冲参数对氨基磺酸盐体系电镀镍的影响。[方法]通过扫描电镜(SEM)和塔菲尔曲线测试,考察了平均电流密度、脉冲占空比、频率和施镀时间对Ni镀层表面形貌和耐蚀性的影响。[结果]电镀镍的较优脉冲参数为:平均电流密度0.75 A/dm^(2),占空比80%,频率1000 Hz。在较优条件下电镀8 min所得Ni镀层结晶细致,表面平整均匀,耐蚀性良好。[结论]本研究的结果可为解决Ni镀层均匀性差、性能不稳定等问题提供依据,为后续进一步镀金打下基础。 [Introduction]The effects of different pulse parameters on nickel electroplating in an sulfamate bath need to be studied.[Method]The effects of average current density,duty cycle,pulse frequency,and plating time on the surface morphology and corrosion resistance of Ni coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Tafel curve measurement.[Result]The pulse parameters were optimized as follows:average current density 0.75 A/dm^(2),duty cycle 80%,and pulse frequency 1000 Hz.The Ni coating obtained by electroplating under the optimized conditions for 8 minutes featured a smooth and uniform surface with fine and compact grains,and good corrosion resistance.[Conclusion]The results of this study can provide experimental data to address the issues such as poor uniformity and unstable performance of Ni coating,laying foundation for further gold electroplating.
