Fe^(2+)对不含稳定剂的快速高磷化学镀镍溶液性能的影响

摘要 [目的]不锈钢球阀表面高磷化学镀镍一般使用不添加稳定剂的镀液配方,其镀液和镀层性能受杂质离子影响较大,不利于长期生产中的品控。[方法]在酸性高磷化学镀镍溶液中添加亚铁离子,研究其浓度对镀液稳定性、沉积速率及Ni-P合金镀层形貌、显微硬度和耐蚀性的影响。[结果]亚铁离子能够降低镍离子的还原速率,提升次磷酸根的氧化速率,从而使镀层磷含量增加。亚铁离子能够令Ni-P合金镀层表面更加均匀平滑,但其浓度过高时会使镀层表面针孔和麻点增多。亚铁离子还能够提高Ni-P合金镀层的显微硬度,降低摩擦因数。不足的是,亚铁离子会使Ni-P合金镀层的耐蚀性变差。[结论]在实际生产中应根据Ni-P合金镀层的性能要求控制好镀液中的亚铁离子浓度。 [Introduction]The surface of stainless steel ball valves is generally electrolessly electroplated with high-phosphorus nickel using a bath without stabilizers,which is highly susceptible to impurity ions,making it unfavorable for quality control in long-term production.[Method]Ferrous ions were added to an acidic high-phosphorus electroless nickel plating bath to study the effects of its concentration on the stability of bath,deposition rate,and the morphology,microhardness,and corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coating.[Result]Ferrous ions could reduce the reduction rate of nickel ions and increase the oxidation rate of hypophosphite,thereby increasing the phosphorus content in Ni-P alloy coating.Ferrous ions could make the surface of Ni-P alloy coating more uniform and smooth,but its excess will increase the number of pinholes and pits.Additionally,ferrous ions could improve the microhardness of the Ni-P alloy coating and reduce the coefficient of friction.However,ferrous ions had a negative effect on the corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coating.[Conclusion]The ferrous ion concentration in bath should be reasonably controlled according to the performance requirements of Ni-P alloy coating in actual production.
