摘要
对于无取向中低牌号硅钢产品来说,退火炉炉辊结瘤造成的带钢压印缺陷为硅钢质量控制过程中常见的缺陷,通常硅含量越高炉辊结瘤的发生概率频次越大。根据生产经验,出现炉辊结瘤后不得不采取在线磨辊、碱液排废、提高刷辊电流等措施来减缓结瘤,但上述方法只能从一定程度上弥补结瘤带来的负面影响,不能从根本上消除结瘤,这就使生产陷入一个恶性循环,不仅不能满足批量连续式生产条件,同时影响高端客户订单的质量交付,降低硅钢品牌的市场竞争力。对退火炉炉辊结瘤缺陷开展了一系列对比验证实验,通过退火炉分压比与退火工艺匹配性控制、保证良好的带钢表面清洗质量、合理控制炉辊转速、带钢速度差等措施将退火炉炉辊结瘤进行有效的控制。
For non-oriented medium and low grade silicon steel products,strip stamping defects caused by annealing furnace roll nodules are common defects in the quality control process of silicon steel.Generally,the higher the silicon content,the higher the probability of nodules occurring in blast furnace rolls.According to production experience,after the occurrence of furnace roll nodding,it is necessary to take measures such as online grinding of rolls,alkaline waste discharge,and increasing the current of brush rolls to slow down nodding,but the above methods can only make up for the negative impact of nodding to a certain extent,and cannot fundamentally eliminate nodding,which makes the production fall into a vicious cycle,not only can't meet the conditions of batch continuous production,but also can't.At the same time,it will affect the quality delivery of high-end customer orders and reduce the market competitiveness of silicon steel brands.A series of comparison and verification experiments were carried out to control roll tumbler defects of annealing furnace,and effective measures were taken to control roll tumbler through the matching control of partial pressure ratio of annealing furnace and annealing process,ensuring good strip surface cleaning quality,and reasonably controlling roll speed and strip speed difference.
