长输管道不等壁厚焊接坡口优化研究

摘要 为避免管道在焊缝处发生失效断裂,对长输管道不等壁厚焊接的坡口型式进行优化,采用有限元软件对传统坡口与内镗孔坡口的受力情况进行了计算,分析了内镗孔内削边长度和角度两个关键参数对焊缝受力的影响。结果表明,内镗孔坡口型式对焊缝受力更有利,由于内镗孔角度为10°时内削边根部应力最小,超过15°会明显增大内削边根部应力,但对根焊位置应力的降低影响较小,因此推荐内镗孔角度为10°~15°;当内削边长度为40~60 mm时,内削边根部应力和根焊位置应力相对平衡且数值较低,可同时满足现场对口和无损检测的要求,因此推荐热煨弯管内削边长度为45~60 mm。 In order to avoid the failure and fracture of the pipeline in the weld,the groove type of the unequal wall thickness welding of the long distance pipeline was optimized.The stress of the traditional groove and the internal boring groove was calculated by finite element software,and the influence of the two key parameters of the internal boring cutting length and angle on the stress of the weld was analyzed.The results show that the internal boring groove type is more favorable to the stress of the weld.Because the internal cutting root stress is minimum when the internal boring Angle is 10°,when the internal boring angle is more than 15°,the internal cutting root stress will be significantly increased,but the effect on the reduction of the root welding position stress is small,so the internal boring Angle is recommended to be 10°~15°.When the internal trimming length is 40~60 mm,the stress at the root of the internal trimming and the stress at the root welding position is relatively balanced and the value is low,which can meet the requirements of the field and non⁃destructive testing at the same time,so it is recommended that the cutting length in the hot bending pipe is 45~60 mm.
