摘要
目的分析痤疮瘢痕采用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗的临床效果。方法106例痤疮瘢痕患者,按照随机数字表法(1:1)分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上选择超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、瘢痕程度。结果观察组临床总有效率94.34%较对照组的81.13%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率9.43%与对照组的7.55%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组皮肤厚度、色泽、柔软度、血管分布评分均明显改善,且观察组皮肤厚度评分(0.61±0.22)分、色泽评分(0.61±0.21)分、柔软度评分(0.71±0.12)分、血管分布评分(0.74±0.19)分均低于对照组的(0.98±0.31)、(0.81±0.23)、(0.79±0.22)、(1.42±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤痤疮瘢痕治疗中选择超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光方案可改善皮肤瘢痕程度,确保治疗有效性及安全性,值得借鉴与实施。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser on acne scars.Methods 106 patients with acne scars were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a 1‥1 ratio using a random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser treatment based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,and scar severity were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%,which was higher than 81.13%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.43%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 7.55%in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of skin thickness,color,softness and vascular distribution in both groups were significantly improved after treatment;in the observation group,the skin thickness score was(0.61±0.22)points,the color score was(0.61±0.21)points,the softness score was(0.71±0.12)points,and the vascular distribution score was(0.74±0.19)points,which were lower than(0.98±0.31),(0.81±0.23),(0.79±0.22),and(1.42±0.26)points in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser scheme in the treatment of acne scars can improve the scar severity,ensure the effectiveness and safety of treatment,and is worth learning from and implementing.
