摘要
目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的康复护理应用于脑出血患者肢体功能锻炼的效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年6月昆山市康复医院收治的72例脑出血患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和试验组,各36例。对照组行常规护理,试验组行基于IMB模型的康复护理。比较两组的功能锻炼依从性、运动功能、生活质量。结果试验组功能锻炼依从性为97.22%,高于对照组的80.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分均高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组脑卒中专用生活质量量表中精力、活动、自理能力、情绪、上肢功能、语言、工作/劳动及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的康复护理应用于脑出血患者中可提升其肢体功能锻炼依从性,改善运动功能与生活质量。
Objective Exploring the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model on limb function exercise in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Selecting 72 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group in the order of admission,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received rehabilitation nursing based on the IMB model.Compare the functional exercise compliance,motor function,and quality of life between two groups.Results The compliance rate of functional exercise in the experimental group was 97.22%,which was higher than 80.56% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale,the scores of energy,activity,self-care ability,mood,upper limb function,language,and work/labor score,and total score of the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing based on the IMB model in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve their compliance with limb function exercise,enhance their motor function and quality of life.
