摘要
目的探讨经颅磁刺激联合虚拟现实技术干预对老年痴呆患者的影响。方法选取2023年7月—2024年1月无锡市精神卫生中心收治的60例老年痴呆患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予虚拟现实技术干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予经颅磁刺激干预。比较两组认知功能、日常生活能力、生活质量。结果干预前,两组认知功能、日常生活能力、生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后,观察组简易精神状态评价量表中记忆力、语言能力、定向力、注意力和计算力、回忆力评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量量表评分为(16.02±2.44)分,低于对照组的(26.12±2.97)分,日常生活活动能力量表评分为(59.78±5.16)分,高于对照组的(45.76±4.08)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年痴呆患者中应用经颅磁刺激联合虚拟现实技术干预,可提升患者认知功能,改善其日常生活能力。
Objective Explore the influence of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with virtual reality technology intervention on patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods Sixty patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to Wuxi Mental Health Center from July 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given virtual reality technology intervention,patients in the observation group were given transcranial magnetic stimulation intervention on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function,activities of daily living,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the cognitive function,activities of daily living and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the differences between the groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05);after 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of memory,language ability,orientation,attention and calculation ability,recall ability and total score in the Mini-Mental State Examination of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of Quality of Life in Late Stage Dementia Scale in the observation group was(16.02±2.44)points,which was lower than(26.12±2.97)points in the control group,the score of the Activities of Daily Living Scale was(59.78±5.16)points,which was higher than(45.76±4.08)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with virtual reality technology intervention in patients with Alzheimer's disease can improve patients'cognitive function and daily living ability.
