摘要
以稻壳粉为原料,硝酸钴、硝酸铁为催化剂,采用催化法合成SiC晶须,研究了热处理温度和催化剂种类对合成SiC晶须含量和形貌的影响。研究结果表明,在硝酸镍或硝酸铁的催化作用下,1200℃是稻壳合成SiC的温度转变点。热处理温度的升高,有利于促进稻壳中SiO_(2)和C反应,提高SiC晶须生成量和晶粒尺寸。相较于添加硝酸钴,硝酸铁的添加有利于提高SiC晶须生成量,并且SiC晶须长径比增大,SiC晶须主要遵循VS生长机制。
SiC whiskers were synthesized by the catalytic method using rice husk powder as the raw material and cobalt nitrate and iron nitrate as catalysts,investigating the effects of heat treatment temperature and catalyst type on the content and morphology of the synthesized SiC whiskers.The findings indicate that,under the catalysis of nickel nitrate or iron nitrate,1200℃is the temperature transition point for the synthesis of SiC from rice husk.The increase in heat treatment temperature facilitates the reaction between SiO_(2) and C in rice husk and increases the formation and grain size of SiC whiskers.Compared to the addition of cobalt nitrate,the addition of iron nitrate is favorable to increasing the amount of SiC whiskers while also resulting in a larger aspect ratio for the whiskers,which primarily adhere to a VS growth mechanism.
