(K,Na)NbO_(3)基无铅压电陶瓷的多尺度结构与综合性能

摘要 在对环境友好型材料的需求日益增长的推动下,人们致力于开发高性能的无铅压电材料。为揭示Li/Ta/Sb掺杂(K,Na)NbO_(3)(KNNLTS)陶瓷的多尺度结构与电学性能之间的关系,在室温下,多晶型相变PPT的存在使材料具有亚微米级的长条状畴和纳米级畴组成的复杂畴形态。得益于多晶态相变PPT效应和纳米畴的共同作用,KNNLTS陶瓷具有优异的压电性能,其压电系数高达268 p·C·N^(-1)。通过经典的谐振和反谐振频率方法,确定KNNLTS陶瓷的全套弹性、介电和压电常数。在104次双极电场循环后,KNNLTS陶瓷中出现轻微的疲劳行为,这可能由于点缺陷造成的畴壁针扎所致。通过合理的多尺度结构设计可进一步开发高性能无铅压电陶瓷,并加速其应用。 Driven by the growing demand for environmentally friendly materials,efforts are being made to develop high-performance lead-free piezoelectric materials.In this study,the relationship between multiscale structures and electrical properties of Li/Ta/Sb-coped(K,Na)NbO_(3)(KNNLTS)ceramics was unveiled.At room temperature,the presence of the polymorphic phase transition(PPT)endows the material with a complex domain morphology comprised of sub-micrometer strip-like domains and nanoscale domains.Benefiting from the combined effects of the PPT of the polycrystalline phase and nanoscale domains,the KNNLTS ceramics possess superior piezoelectricity,with a high piezoelectric coefficient of 268 pC·N^(-1).The complete set of elastic,dielectric,and piezoelectric constants of KNNLTS ceramics was determined by utilizing a classical resonance and anti-resonance frequency approach.After 104 cycles of bipolar electric field,slight fatigue behavior appeared in KNNLTS ceramics,which may be ascribed to the domain wall pinning by point defects.This study will inspire further development of high-performance lead-free piezoceramics by rational multiscale structure design and accelerate their applications.
