“半导体光学”产教融合课程设计与教学实践探索

摘要 产教融合是产业与教育的深度合作,是高等院校提高人才培养质量的必然选择。以研究生“半导体光学”课程为切入点,开展产教融合课程设计与教学实践探索,将光电信息产业需求与半导体光学教学目标相结合。通过模块化课程设计、引入行业专家和实践基地建设丰富课程内涵,并在教学实践中探索采用翻转课堂、小组项目制、多元化评估与反馈等方法提升研究生的理论水平和实践能力,增强其就业竞争力,以满足光电信息产业发展的人才需求。 Industry-education integration is a deep cooperation between industry and education,and is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent training.This paper takes Semiconductor Optics as the starting point to carry out the“industry-education integration”course design and teaching practice exploration,combining the needs of the optoelectronic information industry with the teaching objectives of Semiconductor Optics.Through modular course design,this paper introduces industry experts and the construction of practice bases to enrich the course content,and explores the use of flipped classrooms,group project systems,diversified evaluation and feedback in teaching practice to improve the theoretical level and practical ability of graduate students,enhance their employment competitiveness,and meet the talent needs of the development of the optoelectronic information industry.
