机器人辅助下血肿穿刺引流术治疗深部脑出血的临床价值分析

摘要 讨论机器人辅助下血肿穿刺引流术治疗深部脑出血的临床效果。选取2021年6月—2023年12月贵阳市第二人民医院收治的58例脑出血患者为研究对象。采用抽签法将患者分为参照组和试验组,每组各29例。参照组实施传统开颅血肿清除术,试验组实施机器人辅助下血肿穿刺引流术,对两组患者的手术指标、并发症发生情况、神经功能、生活质量等进行比较。结果显示,术后1min、24h及72h,两组患者的颅内压均呈下降趋势,且试验组下降幅度更显著,试验组手术及住院时间均短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组(P<0.05)。术后2周~3个月,试验组神经功能缺损程度评分低于参照组,ADL评分与生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组患者血肿清除率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,将机器人辅助下血肿穿刺引流术应用于深部脑出血患者的治疗中作用显著。 Discuss the clinical efficacy of robot assisted hematoma puncture drainage for the treatment of deep cerebral hemorrhage.58 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Guiyang from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a lottery method,with 29 cases in each group.The reference group underwent traditional craniotomy hematoma removal surgery,while the experimental group underwent robot assisted hematoma puncture drainage surgery.The surgical indicators,incidence of complications,neurological function,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the intracranial pressure of both groups of patients showed a decreasing trend at 1 minute,24 hours,and 72 hours after surgery,and the experimental group had a more significant decrease.The surgical and hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the reference group(P<0.05).From 2 weeks to 3 months after surgery,the experimental group had lower scores of neurological deficits compared to the control group,and higher scores of ADL and quality of life compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in hematoma clearance rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that the application of robot assisted hematoma puncture and drainage in the treatment of patients with deep cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect.
