基于鲁棒性的高速机电系统健康状况评估研究

摘要 为研究当前高速公路机电系统设备日常运维过程中产生的维修数据与系统运维状况的内在联系,从系统鲁棒性角度出发,构建健康度评估模型。并采用故障树分析法对系统可能存在的设备故障事件进行分解,运用数理统计法对历年机电维修数据进行处理、归一化,以此提取出影响系统健康度的各指标数据,最终加权计算得出健康指数。以湖南省某高速公路服务区外场监控系统为例进行验证,结果表明:系统健康指数随时间推进逐渐下降,而设备故障事件能引起系统健康指数瞬时下降,并且可结合雷达图对系统运维状况提供初步诊断。研究所提出的健康模型能较好的利用机电日常维修数据对系统运维状况进行整体宏观和具体微观性分析,对指导实际机电养护工作具有一定参考价值。 To investigate the intrinsic relationship between the maintenance data generated during the daily operation and maintenance of the current expressway electromechanical system equipment and the system's operational status,a health assessment model is constructed from the perspective of system robustness.Fault tree analysis is employed to decompose potential equipment fault events within the system,and mathematical statistics are utilized to process and normalize the electromechanical maintenance data over the years,thereby extracting various indicator data that affect the system's health.Ultimately,a health index is calculated through weighted summation.Taking the field monitoring system of a service area on an expressway in Hunan Province as an example for verification,the results indicate that the system's health index gradually declines over time,while equipment fault events can cause instantaneousdrops in the system's health index.Furthermore,a radar chart can be used to provide a preliminary diagnosis of the system's operational status.The proposed health model effectively utilizes daily electromechanical maintenance data to conduct both overall macro and specific micro analyses of the system's operational status,providing a certain reference value for guiding practical electromechanical maintenance work.
