摘要
为促进新能源消纳和降低碳排放量,提出一种考虑动态能价的综合能源系统低碳经济优化策略。首先建立考虑碳排放和负荷需求响应因素的动态能价模型,同时提出一种新能源-碳捕集联合运行方式,引导新能源向碳捕集设备供电;其次,构建包含上层综合能源运营商与下层负荷聚集商、共享储能电站运营商的双层优化模型;最后,采用CPLEX对双层模型迭代求解,并根据联合最优判别方式选取系统联合最优解。算例分析验证了所提方案在提高系统低碳经济性方面的有效性。
To promote the consumption of new energy and reduce carbon emissions,a low carbon and economic optimi-zation strategy for an integrated energy system considering dynamic energy prices is proposed.First,a model of dynam-ic energy prices considering carbon emissions and load demand response factors is established.At the same time,a new energy-carbon capture joint operation mode is put forward to guide the new energy to supply power to the carbon capture equipment.Second,a bi-level optimization model including an upper-level integrated energy operator,a lower-level load aggregator and a shared energy storage station operator is constructed.Finally,CPLEX is used to solve the bi-level model iteratively,and the joint optimal solution of the system is selected according to the joint optimal discrimination method.The results of a case study verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in improving the low carbon and eco-nomic performance of the system.
