船体曲面拼板大间隙埋弧焊无轨式埋弧焊小车设计

摘要 针对传统轨道式埋弧焊小车在船体曲面拼板大间隙埋弧焊作业中存在的问题,提出船体曲面拼板大间隙埋弧焊智能设备开发需求,从整体结构、软件系统和作业流程等方面设计无轨式埋弧焊小车。所设计的无轨式埋弧焊小车可满足船体曲面拼板大间隙埋弧焊要求,功能完善、智能化程度高。 In view of the problems of traditional rail submerged arc welding trolley existing in the large-gap submerged arc welding operation of hull curved splice plate,the development requirements of intelligent equipment for large-gap submerged arc welding of hull curved splice plate are proposed,and the railless submerged arc welding trolley is designed in overall structure,software system,and operation flow.The designed railless submerged arc welding trolley can meet the requirements of large-gap submerged arc welding of hull curved splice plate with perfect function and high intelligence.
