摘要
目的:分析重组人干扰素α-2b(IFNα-2b)联合冷冻治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月在青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院就诊的慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者90例,根据随机数表法将患者分为联合组、冷冻疗法组及IFNα-2b组,每组30例。联合组采用重组人IFNα-2b凝胶联合冷冻治疗,冷冻疗法组采用冷冻治疗,IFNα-2b组采用重组人IFNα-2b凝胶治疗。对比三组患者临床症状消失时间、HPV转阴率、血清炎性因子水平。结果:联合组外阴瘙痒、腰骶酸痛、分泌物异常、阴道出血消失时间均短于冷冻疗法组与IFNα-2b组(P<0.05);联合组HPV转阴率高于冷冻疗法组和IFNα-2b组(P<0.05);治疗后,三组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于治疗前,γ-干扰素水平均高于治疗前,且联合组优于冷冻疗法组及IFNα-2b组(P<0.05)。结论:重组人IFNα-2b联合冷冻治疗可以明显减轻慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者的临床症状,提高HPV转阴率,减轻炎性反应。
Objective:To analyze the effect of recombinant human interferonα-2b(IFNα-2b)combined with cryotherapy on chronic cervicitis associated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:A total of ninty patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection treated in Qingdao University Affiliated Weihai Municipal Second Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into combination group,cryotherapy group and IFNα-2b group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The combination group was treated with recombinant human IFNα-2b gel combined with cryotherapy,the cryotherapy group was treated with cryotherapy,and the IFNα-2b group was treated with recombinant human IFNα-2b gel.The time for clinical symptoms to disappear,the rate of HPV turning negative and the levels of serum inflammatory factors were compared among the three groups.Results:The disappearance time of vulva pruritus,lumbosacral soreness,abnormal secretions and vaginal bleeding in combination group was shorter than that in cryotherapy group and IFNα-2b group(P<0.05);the negative conversion rate of HPV in combination group was higher than that in cryotherapy group and IFNα-2b group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the three groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels ofγ-interferon were higher than before treatment,and the combined group was better than the cryotherapy group and IFNα-2b group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human IFNα-2b combined with cryotherapy can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection,increase the negative rate of HPV,and reduce inflammatory response.
