新质生产力推动体育消费新业态发展的内在要素与策略研究

摘要 随着工业革命的持续深化,新质生产力正发挥着越来越重要的作用,必须紧抓新质生产力的创新优势,推动各项工作的开展。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,深入探讨新质生产力推动体育消费新业态发展的相关内容。具体为:在新时代背景下,以创新为引领,推动体育消费新业态向数字化、绿色化、健康化、融合化方向发展。内在动力包括新型劳动者作为核心力量、新型劳动工具作为重要保障、新型劳动对象作为助推引擎。然而,当前面临政策机制不完善、自主创新能力不足、新型劳动者短缺、体育与其他领域融合滞后等困境。为此,提出营造制度环境、加强技术供给、建设人才培养模式、促进多领域融合发展等策略,以推动体育消费新业态发展。 With the continuous deepening of the industrial revolution,new quality productive forces are playing an increasingly crucial role,necessitating the effective utilization of their innovative advantages to drive progress in various domains.This study employs literature research method and logical analysis to thoroughly explore the relevant aspects of how new quality productive forces promote the development of new formats in sports consumption.Specifically,in the new era,innovation serves as the guiding force to propel the advancement of sports consumption towards digitization,sustainability,health promotion,and integration.The intrinsic driving forces include the core strength of new types of workers,the crucial support of new work tools,and the propelling engine of new work targets.However,challenges exist,including imperfect policy mechanisms,inadequate autonomous innovation capabilities,shortages of new types of workers,and lagging integration between sports and other sectors.To overcome these challenges,strategies are proposed,such as creating an institutional environment,strengthening technological supply,establishing talent development models,and promoting multidisciplinary integration,in order to drive the development of new formats in sports consumption.
