摘要
以SiO_(2)气凝胶(SiO_(2)-AG)和聚乙烯醇为主要原料,利用共混湿法纺丝技术制备了系列PVA/SiO_(2)气凝胶复合纤维,并利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、广角X射线衍射、差示扫描量热仪等对复合纤维的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,SiO_(2)-AG的引入一方面影响PVA分子链的规整排列,另一方面其在PVA分子链中聚集,形成缺陷,因而会影响复合纤维外部形貌、结晶度及强度;但随着SiO_(2)-AG用量的增加,可以显著提高复合纤维的热稳定性。此外,复合纤维非织造布的导热系数随SiO_(2)-AG含量的增加先降低后增加,当SiO_(2)-AG的体积分数为40%时,导热系数最低,达到0.06 W/(m·K)。
SiO_(2)aerogel(SiO_(2)-AG)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the main raw materials,a series of PVA/SiO_(2)aerogel composite fibers were prepared by co-blending wet spinning technology.The structure and properties of the composite fibers were characterized by X-ray photoelectron diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,wide-angle X-ray diffraction,and differential scanning calorimetry.The results indicate that the introduction of SiO_(2)-AG affects the regular arrangement of PVA molecular chains,and causes aggregations within the PVA molecular chains,thus affecting the external morphology,crystallinity,and strength of the composite fibers.However,as the amount of SiO_(2)-AG increases,the thermal stability of the composite fibers is significantly improved.Additionally,the thermal conductivity of the non-woven fabric made from the composite fibers decreases and increases with the increase of SiO_(2)-AG.When the volume fraction of SiO_(2)-AG is 40%,the thermal conductivity is optimal at 0.06 W/m·K.
