摘要
有一迈腾B8L车辆在启动过程中上ON挡,无法启动,制动信号灯均不亮,组合仪表上的制动踏板未踩下指示灯常亮。为排除该车辆故障,对该车辆进行相关的故障检修。车辆正常启动需满足制动、P/N挡、68许可、G28为0、制动监测、上50电六个条件。根据无法启动及制动踏板未踩下指示灯常亮的故障现象,故障诊断分析为J623(发动机控制单元)对F(制动信号灯开关)信号不监测,导致在正常踩下制动踏板时,仪表上的状态指示灯不熄灭。后经分析导致J623不监测F信号的原因为保险SB3、SB4、SB8断路,更换同规格三个保险丝,踩下制动踏板,同时按启动按钮,车辆正常启动,制动踏板未踩下指示灯常亮。文章围绕制动踏板未踩下指示灯常亮故障现象进行了系统性地原理阐述、原因分析及故障排除流程,为发动机故障排除提供借鉴。
A Magotan B8L vehicle is set at ON position during the start process.The engine cannot be started when pressing the brake pedal and pressing the start button at the same time,during which the brake signal light is off,while indicator light of the unpressed brake pedal is being on.To renovate the vehicle,some measures are carried to analyze the probable cause.The normal start of the vehicle must meet the six conditions of braking,P/N gear,68 permit,G28 value be 0,brake monitoring,and 50 electricity.On the grounds of the malfunction phenomena of failing starting and being on indicator light of the unpressed brake pedal,the fault diagnosis analysis shows that J623(Engine Control Unit)does not monitor F(Brake Signal Witch)signal,resulting in the being on indicator light of the unpressed brake pedal when the brake pedal stepped on.According to the analysis and relative measuring,the reason that J623 does not monitor F signal is due to the breaking of insurances SB3,SB4,SB8.With the start button on and the brake pedal down,the vehicle starts normally as soon as the same specification replacement of insurances SB3,SB4,SB8.In the meanwhile,the indicator light of the unpressed brake pedal,which ever always illuminated,is no longer burning.This paper represents the principle,probale causes and troubleshooting process of the being on indicator light of the unpressed brake pedal elaborately and systematically,helping to provide reference for engine troubleshooting.
