多元回归分析法筛选藏药波棱瓜仿野生栽培关键影响因子

Selection of Key Factors Influencing Simulated Wild Cultivation of Zang Herb Medicine Herpetospermum Pedunculosum(Ser.)Baill.Based on Multiple Regression Analysis

摘要 目的:研究多因子对藏药波棱瓜仿野生栽培生态适应性和种子质量的影响,为制定波棱瓜仿野生栽培生产规程提供依据。方法:在对波棱瓜采取不同种源、播期、播种量、栽培方法、海拔、坡向、郁闭度、土厚等多因子仿野生栽培试验的基础上,通过多元回归分析,筛选影响波棱瓜藤长生长和种子千粒重形成的关键因子。结果:经多因子筛选,对波棱瓜藤长生长和种子千粒重贡献值较大的关键性生态因子分别为海拔、郁闭度、坡向;栽培因子中,种源和地膜覆盖对种子千粒重有显著性影响,地膜覆盖对千粒重大小有促进作用。结论:建立的波棱瓜藤长生长和种子千粒重预测模型,可为波棱瓜仿野生立地环境选择、仿生栽培措施调控提供依据。 Objective To study on the effects of multi factors on the adaptability and seed quality of simulated wild cultivation of Tibetan medicine Herpetospermum Pedunculosum.Methods Key factors affecting the growth and 1000-seed-weight formation were selected by multiple regression analysis based on the simulated wild cultivation experiments which included provenance,sowing date,sowing amount,cultivation method,altitude,slope direction,canopy density,and soil thickness.Results Key ecological factors to the growth and 1000-seed-weight were altitude,canopy density and slope direction;among the cultivation factors,provenance and plastic film mulch had significant influence on 1000-seed-weight,and plastic film mulch promoted 1000-seed-weight.Conclusion The model can be used to predict the growth and 1000-seed-weight,which can provide the basis for the selection of simulated wild environment and the regulation of cultivation measures.
