摘要
目的 回顾广东省某大型三甲医院在单病种质量控制工作采取的管理策略,将取得的成效形成管理经验。方法 构建单病种质量管理体系,包括建立健全管理组织架构,完善综合评价体系,打造一体化单病种管理平台信息系统,明确业务管理流程和监督反馈。结果 自2021年单病种管理体系规范建立以来,单病种总上报率和填报效率得到提升,单病种费用控制等多项指标均取得了较好的成绩。结论 该管理策略单病种质量管理的措施有效,可供其他医疗机构参考。
Objective To review the management strategies adopted in a large hospital in Guangdong Province,and form the management experience.Methods Build a single disease quality management system,including the establishment and improvement of the management organization structure,the comprehensive evaluation system,the establishment of the information system of the integrated single disease management platform,and the clear business management process and supervision feedback.Results Since the establishment of the single disease management system in 2021,the total reporting rate and filling efficiency of single disease have been improved,and many indicators such as the cost control of single disease have achieved good results.Conclusion The management strategy of single disease quality management measures are effective and can provide reference for other medical institutions.
