摘要
不同微环境作用下的巨噬细胞极化在动脉粥样硬化形成发展过程中发挥了重要作用,如何调控M1/M2型巨噬细胞极化方向干预炎症反应已然成为防治动脉粥样硬化的研究热点。近年来,大量的动物实验以及细胞实验发现关于中医药调控巨噬细胞极化防治动脉粥样硬化的机制与多条信号通路以及细胞因子等密切相关。本文将以信号通路为引,总结JAK-STAT、Notch、MAPKs、PI3K/Akt、NF-κB、AMPK-mTORC1等多条信号通路与巨噬细胞极化之间关系以及中药单体和复方均可通过抑制相关信号通路进而抑制炎症反应发挥稳定、延缓进展等作用,为中医药靶向调节巨噬细胞极化治疗动脉粥样硬化提供理论依据参考。
The polarization of macrophages under the influence of different microenvironments plays an important role in the formation and development of atherosclerosis.How to regulate the polarization direction of M1/M2 macrophages to interfere with inflammation has become a hot research topic in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.In recent years,a large number of animal experiments and cell experiments have found that the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regulating macrophage polarization to prevent atherosclerosis is closely related to multiple signaling pathways and cytokines.Based on the signaling pathway,this paper summarized the relationship between several signaling pathways such as JAK-STAT,Notch,MAPKs,PI3K/Akt,NF-κB,AMPK-mTORC1 and macrophage polarization,and the monomers and compounds of TCM can inhibit the inflammatory response by inhibiting the relevant signaling pathways,thereby stabilizing and slowing down the progression.To provide theoretical references for the treatment of atherosclerosis by targeted regulation of macrophage polarization by TCM.
