摘要
纺织品后整理过程中会使用甲醛,甲醛含量超标对人体健康伤害较大。本研究对研发的纺织品甲醛自动化测试设备进行关键参数验证。试验结果表明,萃取液加液体积、样品液分取体积、显色液加液体积均满足标准要求,水浴温度的准确性和均匀性具有稳定性,自动清洗功能的残留量、甲醛加标回收率满足测试要求,实际样品在人工测试和全自动测试下具有再现性,说明此甲醛自动化设备能满足国家标准的相关要求。
Formaldehyde is utilized in the finishing process of textiles;however,excessive formaldehyde content can pose considerable health risks to humans.This study validates the key parameters of the automated textile formaldehyde content testing equipment developed.The test results show that the volume of the extraction liquid,sample liquid,and staining liquid all meet the standard requirements.The accuracy and uniformity of the water bath temperature are stable,the residual amount of the automatic cleaning function and formaldehyde recovery rate satisfy the testing requirements.Furthermore,the actual samples have reproducibility in both manual testing and full-automatic testing,indicating that this automated formaldehyde content testing equipment is capable of meeting the relevant requirements of national standards.
