黄原胶在氧化锌矿浮选中的作用机理及应用

摘要 针对高泥质氧化锌矿回收过程中,微细粒方解石导致氧化锌矿物难以高效浮选分离的问题,通过浮选试验、激光粒度分析、光学显微镜观测等手段,研究黄原胶对高泥质氧化锌矿浮选回收的影响与作用机理。结果表明:添加调整剂黄原胶可以有效消除微细粒方解石的不利影响,提高氧化锌精矿中的Zn品位,降低Ca含量,显著提高了氧化锌精矿的质量;硫化锌与氧化锌混合精矿中,Zn品位达到26.44%、Zn回收率达到81.09%;黄原胶对微细粒方解石具有选择性絮凝作用,经黄原胶作用后其颗粒粒度(D_(90))由9.48μm增大至279.74μm,有效降低了微细粒方解石机械夹带进入浮选泡沫的可能性,同时,黄原胶分子中大量的丙酮酸基团与羟基也提高了絮凝颗粒的亲水性,对微细粒菱锌矿的颗粒尺寸无明显影响。 In the recovery process of high mud zinc oxide ore,it is difficult to efficiently separate zinc oxide minerals by flotation due to fine calcite.By means of flotation test,laser particle size analysis and optical microscope observation,the effect and mechanism of xanthan gum on flotation recovery of high argillaceous zinc oxide ore were studied.It is found that the addition of xanthan gum can effectively eliminate the adverse effects of fine calcite and improve the quality of zinc oxide concentrate.The grade of Zn in zinc oxide concentrate is increased and the content of Ca is decreased.In the mixed concentrate of zinc sulfide and zinc oxide,the grade of Zn is 26.44%and the recovery of Zn is 81.09%.Xanthan gum has selective flocculation effect on fine calcite,and the particle(D_(90))size increases from 9.48μm to 279.74μm after xanthan gum action,which effectively reduces the possibility of mechanical entrainment of fine calcite into flotation foam,and has no obvious effect on the particle size of fine smithsonite.
