摘要
依托志愿服务社会实践加强大学生劳动教育具有学生参与度高的教育优势、与学科深度融合的平台优势、因地制宜的组织优势,有利于促进学生树立正确的劳动观,提升学生的劳动素养。当前高校依托志愿服务加强劳动教育存在教育理念融入不足、组织模式不完善、评价机制不系统问题。北京航空航天大学成立大学生科技志愿服务队,通过开展劳动教育理念融入、系统组织、多元评价的“学习型志愿服务”,促进了学生劳动素养的显著提升、劳动观念和劳动精神的全面升华,为依托志愿服务社会实践加强大学生劳动教育提供了优化路径。
Relying on volunteer service social practice to strengthen labor education for university students has educational advantages such as high student participation,platform advantages integrating deeply with disciplines,and organizational advantages tailored to local conditions,which helps promote students to establish correct views on labor and enhance their labor literacy.Currently,there are issues in the strengthening of labor education in universities through volunteer service,such as insufficient integration of educational concepts,imperfect organizational models,and lack of systematic evaluation mechanisms.Beihang University established a student technology volunteer service team,promoting a“learning-oriented volunteer service”through integrating labor education concepts,systematic organization,and diverse evaluations.This has significantly improved students'labor literacy,comprehensively enhanced their views and spirit towards labor,and provided an optimized path for strengthening labor education for university students through volunteer service social practice.
