摘要
目的观察精细化护理干预对中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后患者的护理效果。方法随机选择2021年1月—2021年12月在本院进行痔疮治疗的术后患者110例为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组患者术后给予常规护理+中药熏洗,观察组在此基础上联用精细化护理进行。比较两组患者术后不同时间的术区疼痛情况、舒适度、肛肠动力学指标以及对护理的满意度。结果观察组术后各时间点视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于观察组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组舒适度各项评分相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生理舒适度和精神心理舒适评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组社会舒适度和环境舒适度评分相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。术前,两组MSP、MTV、RRP水平比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);术后7 d,观察组MSP、MTV高于对照组,RRP低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前,两组肛管最大收缩压(MSP)、直肠最大耐受容积(MTV)、直肠静息压(RRP)水平比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);术后7 d,观察组MSP、MTV高于对照组,RRP低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预能够减轻使用中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后患者的术区疼痛,改善舒适度,提高肛肠功能恢复效果,增加对护理的满意度。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of refined nursing intervention on postoperative hemorrhoids patients with TCM fumigation and washing.Methods The paper chose 110 postoperative patients with hemorrhoids treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021,and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and TCM fumigation after surgery,while the observation group with refined nursing.Postoperative pains,comfort level,anorectal motility indicators,and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups at different times.Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than the observation group at all time points after surgery(P<0.05).After the intervention,average scores of each item in dimensions of physiological and psychological comfort in the observation group were higher than the control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no difference in other dimensions between groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of MSP,MTV,and RRP between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of MSP and MTV and lower levels of RRP(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of the observation group patients with nursing was 94.55%,significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group.Conclusion Refined nursing intervention can alleviate postoperative pains of hemorrhoids patients treated with TCM fumigation and washing,improve comfort,enhance recovery effect of anal and rectal function,and increase satisfaction degree with nursing.
