摘要
近年来,在疾病康复及卫生保健领域,有关患者护理服务的连续性以及协调性等问题愈发受到关注。大量临床研究已证实延续性护理对改善患者健康结局、减少再入院率、提高生活质量起到重要作用。精神科患者大部分病因不明,治疗依从性普遍较差。其病情常常反复发作,呈现出病程较长、慢性化的发展趋势。为进一步改善精神科患者临床结局,促进病情转归,加快其恢复社会能力,将延续性护理应用在临床精神科领域具有重要意义。基于此,本文对国内外延续性护理在精神科的应用现状进行总结分析。
In recent years,issues related to the continuity and coordination of care services of patients have attracted increasing attention in the field of disease rehabilitation and healthcare.Numerous clinical studies have confirmed,continuous nursing plays an important role in improving health outcomes,reducing readmission rates,and enhancing life quality of patients.Most of the psychiatric patients in psychiatry department have unknown causes,long and chronic development trend,recurrent conditions,high risk of disability,and low treatment compliance.It is of great significance to apply continuous nursing in clinical psychiatric field to further improve clinical outcomes,promote disease progression,and accelerate recovery of social abilities of psychiatric patients.On the basis the paper summarizes and analyzes the current application status of continuous nursing in psychiatry home and abroad.
