青少年运动员价值观教育的价值意蕴、现实困境与实践路径

摘要 青少年运动员是体育的未来和希望,其价值观状况关系着体育事业的可持续发展,促进青少年运动员树立正确的价值观至关重要。价值观教育对于青少年运动员培养正当的价值判断、培育主体价值理性、塑造规范的行为自觉具有重要意义。现实中价值观教育方式单一、教育温情不足、教育效果欠佳使得青少年运动员的价值观教育面临一定挑战,形成价值认知被简化、价值认同被淡化、价值自正被弱化的现实困境。提出以下实践路径:以理开路,强化青少年运动员价值认知;以人共情,增进青少年运动员价值认同;以行践知,促进青少年运动员价值自正。 As the future of sports,young athletes'values are closely related to the sustainable development of the sports industry,so it is crucial to help them to establish right values.Values education is of great significance in cultivating the legitimate value judgment of young athletes and their rationality towards values,and shaping their normative behavioral consciousness.In reality,however,due to the single method of values education,insufficient educational warmth and poor educational effectiveness,the young athletes'values education faces certain challenges resulting in the reality of simplified values cognition,weakened values identification,and weakened values self-correction.The practical paths accordingly are proposed:start with reason to strengthen the values cognition of young athletes;empathize with others to enhance their values recognition;practice often to promote their values self-correction.
