基于建构主义的食品营养与健康课程专创融合路径探索

Exploration on the Path of Integration of Specialty and Innovation of Food Nutrition and Health Curriculum Based on Constructivism

摘要 专创融合课程在创新创业教育中发挥着重要作用。文章在分析当前专创融合课程建设过程中存在问题的基础上,以食品营养与健康课程为例,依据“建构主义”教育理论,从优化课程目标、课程内容、课程组织和课程评价着手,开展课程思政和“竞赛+课堂”等特色教学活动,以实现创新创业教育与专业课程教学的有机融合。此研究可促进“专创融合”教育教学改革,也可为其他课程“专创融合”提供参考和启发。 Specialty-innovation integrated courses play an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the current curriculum construction of“integration of specialty and innovation”,the paper takes the course of Food Nutrition and Health as an example,according to the“constructivism”education theory,starting from the optimization of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum organization and curriculum evaluation,characteristic teaching activities such as curriculum ideological and political education and“competition+classroom”are carried out to realize the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional curriculum teaching.This research can promote the reform of“integration of specialty and innovation”education and teaching,and also provide reference and inspiration for other courses.
