桥墩砼高低温通用养护罩研发与应用

摘要 传统桥墩混凝土养护方法存在费时费力、材料可重复利用率低、实施过程存在较大高空作业安全风险等问题,且无法实现桥墩混凝土带模保温养护和蒸汽养护。通过分析桥墩混凝土养护关键因素及其作用原理,并通过大型有限元软件对关键因素进行数值模拟,根据分析结果提出最佳养护方案。利用空间多自由度伸缩技术、自动控制技术,采用三维正向设计,研发一种桥墩混凝土养护罩,实现了最佳养护条件下的桥墩混凝土带模保温养护和蒸汽养护,并对其主要应用优势进行详细阐述。养护罩成功应用于项目实际,并取得了良好的经济效益和环保效益。 The traditional pier concrete curing method has the problems of time-consuming and labor-intensive,low reusability,and large safety risk of aerial work in the implementation process,and cannot realize the insulation and steam curing of pier concrete.In this paper,the key factors and their working principles of bridge pier concrete curing were analyzed,and then the key factors were numerically simulated by large-scale finite element software,and the optimal maintenance scheme was obtained according to the simulation results.Using the multi-degree-of-freedom telescopic technology and automatic control technology,and the three-dimensional forward design,a concrete curing equipment for bridge piers was developed,which realized the thermal insulation and steam curing of pier concrete with formwork under the best curing conditions,and briefly described its main application advantages.The maintenance cover has been successfully applied in actual project,and has achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
