基于数字平台的用户参与创新机制研究

摘要 数字平台已经成为推动用户创新的重要抓手。本文主要研究数字平台对用户创新的影响,在文献梳理和理论推演的基础上,构建了数字平台对用户创新的因果关系模型和系统流模型,设定了系统参数,并借助Vensim PLE软件进行了系统动力学仿真和灵敏度分析。主要结论包括:随着时间企业与用户之间的知识差距在变大,虽然知识转移量在提升,但其增幅还是远低于企业知识需求量增加的幅度;数字平台成熟度与用户参与意愿的关系呈现出先减后增的U型曲线;数字平台成熟度有助于用户学习和用户知识创造的开展,而对知识匹配程度具有负向影响。研究有助于揭示基于数字平台的用户创新的动态机制,是对数字经济和数字平台领域研究的重要扩展,为企业的数字创新和用户参与创新行为提供了理论参考。 Digital platform is an important carrier of digital and real integration.The platform economy with digital platform as the main body has promoted high-quality development and helped modernization.The digital platform is divided into three types:bilateral platform,multilateral platform and platform ecology.It can connect two types of users,reduce market search costs,achieve multi-service collaborative development and empower the real economy.Digital platform has become an important starting point to promote enterprise innovation,and it is also the core element to realize user innovation.Users' participation in enterprise product innovation has gradually become the innovation model pursued by most enterprises in the digital economy era.Users ' participation in enterprise innovation can reduce the cost and risk of enterprise innovation,and the two sides can promote the improvement of user knowledge stock and the integration of enterprise knowledge update through in-depth cooperation.This paper mainly studies the influence of digital platform on user innovation.On the basis of literature review and theoretical deduction,the causal relationship model and system flow model of digital platform on user innovation are constructed,the system parameters are set,and the system dynamics simulation and sensitivity analysis are carried out by means of Vensim PLE software.The main conclusions include:over time,the user's willingness to participate presents a U-shaped curve development,a small decrease in the early stage,and a straight rise in the later stage driven by user income;Affected by internal resistance and external market uncertainty,the willingness of enterprises to invite users to participate has irregular shocks,but in general,it has declined first and then increased.The amount of knowledge transfer will also show an upward trend after the early shock;the knowledge gap between enterprises and users is becoming larger.Although the degree of knowledge matching increases with the improvement of user learning and coopera
