摘要
基于2023年全国1784名高校教师的调查数据,探究高校教师科研风险偏好的形成机制发现:学术职业压力对高校教师的科研风险偏好产生双重影响,竞标型压力存在抑制效应,达标型压力发挥促进效应;组织支持能够增强达标型压力对科研风险偏好的促进效应,但无法缓解竞标型压力对科研风险偏好的抑制效应。为更好地促进学术事业的真正繁荣,需进一步关注达标型压力对高校教师风险偏好的驱动价值和竞标型压力的潜在制约,设定筛选导向的聘用标准,制定发展取向的评价制度,构建多措并举的支持路径。
Based on the survey data of 1784 university teachers in 2023,this paper ex-plores the formation mechanism of faculty's research risk preference.It finds that academic professional stress has a double impact on faculty's research risk preference,competitive stress plays an inhibiting effect,and compliance stress plays a promoting effect;organiza-tional support can enhance the promoting effect of compliance stress on research risk prefer-ence,but cannot buffer the inhibiting effect of competitive stress on research risk preference.In order to better promote the real prosperity of academic career,it is necessary to pay more attention to the driving value of compliance stress and the potential constraints of competi-tive stress,and construct""screening oriented"employment criteria,"development oriented"evaluation system and"pluralism"support path.
