摘要
针对多规格螺纹抽钉的自动化批产需求,分析螺纹抽钉结构和装配工艺特点,基于模块化思想设计一种螺纹抽钉自动组装系统,实现自动上料、定位、组装及检测等功能,具有结构紧凑、可靠性高和实用性强的特点。
For the demand of automatic batch production of multi-specification thread pulling screws,the structure and assembly process characteristics of thread pulling screws are analyzed,and an automatic assembly system of thread pulling screws is designed based on the idea of modularization to realize the functions of automatic feeding,positioning,assembly and detection,which has the characteristics of compact structure,high reliability and strong practicability.
