摘要
随着全球经济格局的深刻变革和科技革命的加速推进,科技金融在现代化产业体系建设中的战略作用愈发显著。本文利用2010—2022年中国城市级面板数据,借助双重差分模型、中介效应模型分析科技金融政策对现代化产业体系建设的影响效应。研究结果表明:科技金融政策显著推动了现代化产业体系建设。机制分析发现,新质生产力在科技金融政策对现代化产业体系建设中发挥了重要的中介作用。异质性分析表明,科技金融政策能更有效促进非东部城市和非资源型城市的现代化产业体系建设。因此,政府应构建并完善多层次的资本市场体系,更好地满足不同发展阶段和区域的资本需求。同时,通过优化制度创新环境,为科技金融政策提供更为稳定、高效的实施基础,全面提升其对产业升级和经济高质量发展的支持效能。
With the profound transformation of global economic pattern and accelerated advancement of scientific and technological revolution,science and technology finance is playing an increasingly important strategic role in the construction of modernized industrial system.This paper uses city-level panel data from 2010 to 2022 and applies difference-in-differences and mediation effect models to analyze the impact of technology finance policies on the construction of modernized industrial system.The research findings suggest that technology finance policies remarkably help to promote the construction of modernized industrial system.Mechanism analysis shows that technology finance policies indirectly promote the construction of the modernized industrial system by enhancing new types of productivity.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that technology finance policies are more effective in promoting the non-eastern cities and non-resource-based cities.Therefore,the government should build and improve a multi-level capital market system to better meet the capital needs of different development stages and regions.At the same time,by optimizing the institutional innovation environment,the government can provide a more stable and efficient foundation for the imple原mentation of technology finance policies,thereby enhancing their support for industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development.
