基于元宇宙的“非遗”文化在监狱罪犯矫治中的创新研究

摘要 随着科技的飞速发展,元宇宙这一概念逐渐渗透到各个领域。将元宇宙与“非遗”文化矫治结合并应用于监狱,利用元宇宙的优势来解决监狱现存的教育改造体系、劳动生产改造体系不健全等问题。通过研究构建元宇宙虚拟教学空间,探索多样化教育教学方式,使罪犯在虚拟世界中学习“非遗”知识、掌握“非遗”技艺,不仅有利于降低监狱教育成本、提高教育质量、缓解民警工作压力,达到增强罪犯文化矫治效果的目标,还能够实现我国监狱系统在精神和物质上的双重提升,在体现我国监狱系统人道主义精神的同时提高监狱系统的专业化和科技化水平,实现监狱领域多元化技术创新,助推构建现代智慧监狱的治理目标。 With the rapid development of science and technology,the concept of the metaverse has gradually penetrated into various fields.The metaverse and"intangible cultural heritage"are combined and applied to the prison,and the advantages of the metaverse are used to solve the problems of the existing education reform system and labor production reform system in the prison.By researching the construction of a metaverse virtual teaching space and exploring diversified education and teaching methods,criminals can learn"intangible cultural heritage"knowledge and master"intangible cultural heritage"skills in the virtual world,which is not only conducive to reducing the cost of prison education,improving the quality of education,easing the work pressure of police officers,and achieving the goal of enhancing the cultural correction effect of criminals.It can also achieve the spiritual and material upgrading of China's prison system,improve the professionalization and scientific and technological level of the prison system while reflecting the humanitarian spirit of China's prison system,achieve diversified technological innovation in the field of prison,and promote the governance goal of building a modern smart prison.
