摘要
基于断口形貌、理化性能、显微组织及腐蚀产物能谱分析等手段对某油井油管发生断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:油管的化学成分和理化性能等均满足委托方技术协议的要求;油管断裂主要是由拉伸载荷过大引起的;油管受到井下流体的温度、压力等变化引起形变载荷,导致井下油管承受了较高的拉伸载荷,并且超过了油管的极限拉伸强度,最终发生屈服断裂;为防止事故再次发生,建议对于油管壁厚的选择、封隔器的下深、上层套管的材料和规格选择等进行优化设计。
Based on fracture morphology,physical and chemical properties,microstructure and energy spectrum analysis of the corrosion by product,the causes of cracking for tubing in a oil well were analyzed.The results show that the chemical composition and physical and chemical properties of the tubing meet the entrusted technical agreement.The fracture of the tubing is mainly caused by excessive tensile load.The deformation load caused by changes in temperature,pressure,and other factors of the downhole fluid causes the downhole tubing to bear higher tensile loads.When the ultimate tensile strength of the tubing is exceeded,the tubing ultimately undergoes yield fracture.In order to prevent the reoccurrence of the accident in the future,it is suggested to optimize the design of the selection of the tubing wall thickn-ess,the depth of the packer,and the material and specification selection of the upper casing.
