摘要
马胃溃疡综合征(EGUS)是马胃部的常见病,常发生于运动马。目前,国内关于EGUS的研究较少,相关发病情况的调查报告罕见。为此,本分析于2022年8月—2023年6月对北京市、天津市和上海市的多家马术俱乐部和马场中诊断为EGUS的患马进行回顾性分析,旨在探究EGUS的发病情况和风险因素,从而提高相关从业人员对该病的重视。本分析共收集了17例EGUS病例,其中无腺部胃病(ESGD)患马约占82.4%,有腺部胃病(EGGD)患马约占35.3%,同时存在ESGD和EGGD患马约占17.6%。高运动强度与EGUS严重程度极显著相关(P<0.01),有无临床症状与EGUS严重程度无显著相关(P>0.05)。结果表明,高强度运动马由于长期训练和剧烈运动更容易发生重度EGUS,但因其临床症状不明显往往容易被忽略。
Equine gastric ulcer syndrome(EGUS)is a common condition affecting the equine stomach,particularly in sport horses.Currently,research on EGUS within China is limited,with few reports on its prevalence.This analysis,conducted from August 2022 to June 2023,retrospectively examines EGUS cases diagnosed in horses from various equestrian clubs and stables in Beijing,Tianjin,and Shanghai.The goal is to explore the prevalence and risk factors of EGUS to increase awareness among relevant professionals.A total of 17 EGUS cases were collected,with approximately 82.4%of the horses having equine squamous gastric disease(ESGD),35.3%having equine glandular gastric disease(EGGD),and 17.6%exhibiting both ESGD and EGGD.High exercise intensity was found to be significantly correlated with the severity of EGUS(P<0.01),while the presence or absence of clinical symptoms was not significantly correlated with EGUS severity(P>0.05).The results indicate that horses subjected to high-intensity exercise are more prone to severe EGUS,but due to the often subtle clinical symptoms,the condition is frequently overlooked.
