摘要
高校青年教师处于职业发展初期,面临缺乏实际教学经验、科研起步艰难以及收入差距显著等较大压力。在对青年教师发展压力及需求进行分析的基础上,从制度设计、评价主体、评价方法、结果运用和沟通反馈等方面总结了现有评价体系中制约青年教师发展的因素,并以社会、学校和青年教师三个层次需求的协调统一为出发点,提出从增强价值导向、完善顶层设计、丰富评价方式、有效运用评价结果等角度构建高校青年教师评价体系的对策建议,以期通过评价体系的引导,让青年教师在长期的教学科研工作中始终保持发展活力,为推进教育现代化、建设教育强国提供强有力的支撑。
Young teachers at the early stage of their career development in colleges and universities are under great pressures of inadequate practical teaching experience,tough beginning in scientific research and lower income.This paper analyses their pressures and needs of development,and summarized the factors affecting their development in the existing rating systems in terms of system design,evaluation subjects,evaluation methods,application of evaluation results and feedback of communication.The evaluation system should be constructed with consideration of the needs of society,school and young teachers.Suggestions are proposed with regard to value orientation,top-level design,evaluation methods and application of evaluation results.We are looking forward that young teachers,under the guidance of the new evaluation system,can maintain vitality in their long-term career of teaching and research so as to provide a strong support for promoting education modernization and building a country of high-quality education.
