高原露地施肥水平对菜用大豆农艺性状及品质的影响

摘要 本研究旨在探究氮、磷、钾肥对高原露地种植的菜用大豆叶片叶绿素和N含量及其农艺性状、品质和矿物质含量的影响。选取开科源5号作为试验材料,并运用三因素三水平的正交试验设计。研究结果显示,氮、磷、钾肥的施用量对菜用大豆的SPAD、N含量、农艺性状、产量、品质以及矿物质含量均产生了一定影响。处理5与6在SPAD、N含量、株高、植株直径、分枝数、单株荚数、二粒荚数、三粒荚数、百粒鲜重及产量方面表现更佳,对照组(CK)各项指标均为最低;处理5与6的干物质、蛋白和淀粉含量也相对较高;在K、Mg和Zn的含量上,处理5为最高,处理6次之,但处理6的铁含量最高,达到4.93 mg/100g。 The aim of this study is to explore the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizers on the chlorophyll and nitrogen content,agronomic traits,quality,and mineral content of vegetable soybean leaves grown in open fields on the plateau.We selected Kaikeyuan 5 as the experimental material and used a three factor three-level orthogonal experimental design.The research results showed that the application rates of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizers had a certain impact on the SPAD,N content,agronomic traits,yield,quality,and mineral content of vegetable soybeans.TREATMENT 5 and 6 performed better in terms of SPAD,N content,plant height,plant diameter,number of branches,number of pods per plant,number of two seed pods,number of three seed pods,100 seed fresh weight,and yield,while the control group(CK)had the lowest performance in all indicators;The dry matter,protein,and starch content of treatment 5 and 6 were relatively high;In terms of K,Mg,and Zn content,treatment 5 had the highest content,followed by treatment 6.However,treatment 6 had the highest iron content,reaching 4.93 mg/100g.
