摘要
西北地区的火力发电厂一般采用间接冷却塔的循环水冷却方式达到节约水资源的效果,其冷却三角散热器受自然环境的影响较大,造成换热效率降低、机组背压偏高,导致机组不能接带高负荷。因此,研究分析环境因素对间接空冷塔的影响,寻求提高间接冷却塔换热效率的途径,具有重要的价值和意义。本文通过分析沙尘天气对某4×350WM火电机组间接空冷塔的影响,提出对间接冷却塔进行外部冲洗的方案并实施。结果表明:对间接冷却塔进行外部冲洗,能降低沙尘天气对其的影响,提高换热效率,降低机组背压,增加机组带负荷能力。
Thermal power plants in the northwest region generally adopt the indirect cooling tower circulating water cooling method to achieve the effect of saving water resources.The cooling triangle radiator is greatly affected by the natural environment,resulting in a decrease in heat transfer efficiency and high back pressure of the unit,which makes the unit unable to carry high loads.Therefore,studying and analyzing the impact of environmental factors on indirect air cooling towers,and seeking ways to improve the heat transfer efficiency of indirect cooling towers has important value and significance.This paper analyzes the impact of sandstorm weather on the indirect air cooling tower of a 4×350WM thermal power unit,proposes a plan for external flushing of the indirect cooling tower and implements it.The result shows that external flushing for the indirect cooling tower can reduce the impact of sandstorm weather,improve heat transfer efficiency,reduce unit back pressure and increase unit load capacity.
