摘要
针对大型赛事场馆、体育中心等体育建筑普遍存在的建筑尺度大、建设投入多、赛后利用率低等问题,本文结合对奥运会、亚运会赛事场馆,大型城市体育中心,校园体育建筑的广泛综合实践,提出从城市整体角度出发,提升体育建筑的综合效能,将其融于城市环境,全周期集约利用资源等策略,并探讨新能源技术的运用,强调多维度、理性的“精明营建”。在此基础上,本文对广义的城市大型复杂综合工程进行延伸思考,认为体育建筑实践经验可被转译、应用,并结合创新的精细化建设管控方法,提升城市建设实效性,促进公共优先、可持续发展理念的传导与落实。
In view of the common problems of large scale,huge construction investment and low post-match utilization rate of sports architectures,such as major sports events venues and sports centers,this paper stresses the necessity of improving the comprehensive efficiency of sports buildings from overall perspective of city,by integrating sports buildings into urban environment combined with practice of Olympic and Asian Games event venues,large-scale urban sports centers and campus sports buildings.It also emphasizes the intensive use of resources throughout the cycle and explores the application of new energy technologies to turn to multidimensional and rational"smart planning and building".On this basis,extended thinking is carried out on urban grand complex and integrated projects in a broad sense.It is believed that practical experience of sports architecture can be translated and applied.Combined with innovative refined construction management and control methods,this paper hopes to improve the effectiveness of urban construction,and to promote the transmission and implementation of the concept of public priority and sustainable development.
