摘要
配网中压与低压不停电作业环境复杂,对作业人员安全构成严峻挑战,因此,提出了组合绝缘隔板的关键技术研究,以提升作业安全性。基于配网中压与低压不停电作业特点,设计了组合绝缘隔板,采用多层绝缘材料复合而成,以提高绝缘性能和电场屏蔽能力。并采用专用安装工具确保绝缘隔板安装过程中的绝缘性和稳定性,同时精确控制绝缘隔板与带电体、接地体之间的绝缘距离。实验结果显示,组合绝缘隔板的泄漏电流和电场强度的监测数据均远低于安全限值,表明其具有良好的绝缘性能和电场屏蔽能力,为配网中压与低压不停电作业提供了关键技术支持,有效保障了作业人员在不停电作业中的安全。
The working environment of medium and low voltage uninterrupted power supply in the distribution network is complex,posing a serious challenge to the safety of operators.Therefore,key technology research on composite insulation partitions is proposed to improve operational safety.Based on the characteristics of uninterrupted operation of medium and low voltage in the distribution network,a composite insulation partition was designed,which is composed of multiple layers of insulation materials to improve insulation performance and electric field shielding ability.And special installation tools are used to ensure the insulation and stability during the installation process of the insulation partition,while precisely controlling the insulation distance between the insulation partition and the live and grounded bodies.The experimental results show that the monitoring data of leakage current and electric field strength of the composite insulation partition are far below the safety limit,indicating that it has good insulation performance and electric field shielding ability,providing key technical support for medium and low voltage uninterrupted operation in the distribution network,effectively ensuring the safety of operators during uninterrupted operation.
