黑龙江省高致病性禽流感、新城疫免疫抗体集中监测情况与分析

Centralized Surveillance and Analysis of Immune Antibodies Against Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 为评估高致病性禽流感疫苗和新城疫疫苗的免疫效果,以期对我省禽病防控政策制定提供数据支持,试验采用血凝试验和血凝抑制试验对黑龙江省13个地市采集的7793份家禽血清样品分别检测H5亚型、H7亚型高致病性禽流感抗体水平,并对其中2547份家禽血清进行了新城疫抗体检测。结果显示,2021—2023年H5亚型禽流感免疫抗体合格率依次为95.90%(Re-11株)、77.01%(H5-Re13株)和96.43%(H5-Re13株);H7亚型禽流感免疫抗体合格率依次为94.37%(Re-3株)、77.96%(H7-Re4株)和96.60%(H7-Re4株),新城疫免疫抗体合格率依次为97.46%、83.66%和94.44%。13个地市免疫抗体监测结果显示,H5亚型禽流感免疫抗体合格率为82.88%~100.00%,H7亚型禽流感免疫抗体合格率为79.50%~99.01%,新城疫免疫抗体合格率为74.20%~100.00%;不同场点H5亚型禽流感免疫抗体合格率分别为规模场94.65%、散养户89.33%,H7亚型禽流感免疫抗体合格率分别为规模场95.03%、散养户87.74%,新城疫免疫抗体合格率分别为规模场96.13%、散养户89.23%。各项免疫抗体合格率均高于国家规定的70%,由此说明我省高致病性禽流感疫苗和新城疫疫苗免疫效果良好。 In order to evaluate the immune efficacy of highly pathogenic avian influenza and Newcastle disease vaccines and provide data support for the formulation of poultry disease prevention and control policies in our province,The experiment used the methods of hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition to test the immune antibodies against H5 subtype and H7 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in 7793 poultry serum samples collected from 13 cities in Heilongjiang Province respectively,and 2547 poultry serum samples were tested for Newcastle disease antibodies.The results showed that the qualified rates of H5 subtype avian influenza immune antibodies from 2021 to 2023 were 95.90%(Re-11 strain),77.01%(Re-13 strain),and 96.43%(Re-13 strain),respectively;The qualified rates of H7 subtype avian influenza immune antibodies were 94.37%(Re-3 strain),77.96%(Re-4 strain),and 96.60%(Re-4 strain),respectively.The qualified rates of Newcastle disease immune antibodies were 97.46%,83.66%,and 94.44%,respectively.The monitoring results of immune antibodies in 13 cities showed that the qualified rate of H5 subtype avian influenza immune antibodies was 82.88%to 100.00%,the qualified rate of H7 subtype avian influenza immune antibodies was 79.50%to 99.01%,and the qualified rate of Newcastle disease immune antibodies was 74.20%to 100.00%;The qualified rates of H5 subtype avian influenza immune antibodies at different sites were 94.65%for large-scale farms and 89.33%for free range households,The qualified rates of H7 subtype avian influenza immune antibodies at different sites were 95.03%for large-scale farms and 87.74%for free range households,The qualified rates of ND vaccine immune antibodies at different sites were 96.13%for large-scale farms and 89.23%for free range households.The qualification rate of various immune antibodies is higher than the national standard of 70%,indicating that the immunization work of highly pathogenic avian influenza and Newcastle disease vaccines in our province is effective.
