摘要
Notch信号通路作为介导调节Th17/Treg免疫平衡的新型靶点,在免疫系统疾病中发挥着至关重要的作用,在甲状腺疾病中尤为突出。近年来,中医药治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT)具有独特优势,多种中药复方被证明可通过干预Notch信号通路调控Th17/Treg免疫平衡防治AIT,但现有研究往往仅基于免疫平衡机制探讨中药对AIT的治疗作用,对中药复方干预Notch信号通路调控Th17/Treg免疫平衡治疗AIT的研究较少,可进一步明确AIT中药治疗的作用靶点,为中医药治疗提供用药思路。此外,中药复方成分较多,往往通过多通路、多机制发挥治疗作用,通路间是否互相影响尚需进一步探讨,其具体作用机制有待明确。深入研究基于Notch信号通路调控Th17/Treg免疫平衡在AIT的治疗可为中药改善AIT炎症免疫微环境提供新策略。
Notch signaling pathway,as a novel target mediating the regulation of Th17/Treg immune balance,plays a crucial role in immune system diseases,especially in thyroid diseases.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advanta⁃ges in the treatment of Autoimmune Thyroiditis(AIT).A variety of Chinese medicine compounds have been proved to regulate Th17/Treg immune balance and prevent AIT by intervening in the notch signaling pathway.However,existing studies often only discuss the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on AIT based on immune balance mechanism.There are few stud⁃ies on the intervention of TCM compounds in notch signaling pathway to regulate Th17/Treg immune balance in the treatment of AIT,which can further clarify the target of the treatment of AIT with Chinese medicine and provide medication ideas for the treat⁃ment of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,there are many TCM compounds,which often play a therapeutic role through multiple pathways and mechanisms.Whether the pathways affect each other needs to be further discussed,and the specific mech⁃anism of action needs to be clarified.In-depth study on the regulation of Th17/Treg immune balance based on notch signaling pathway in the treatment of AIT can provide a new strategy for traditional Chinese medicine to improve the inflammatory immune microenvironment of AIT.
