摘要
药对是在中医临床用药的长期实践中总结而出的相对固定的两药味的配伍组合。该文选择国医大师王绵之的常用药对黄连-肉桂,从化学成分、药效、药代动力学等角度,系统梳理分析黄连-肉桂相反相成的配伍特性;对黄连-肉桂的网络药理学应用和现代基础应用研究进行了总结。以期进一步揭示黄连-肉桂药对的配伍机制,为中药新药创新、药性认识、药对配伍及临床应用研究提供参考与借鉴。
Drug pair is a relatively fixed combination of two drugs summarized in the long-term clinical practice of tradition⁃al Chinese medicine.Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizome)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)are commonly used by WANG Mianzhi,a National Chinese Medical Science Master.In this paper,the compatibility characteristics of this drug pair were systematically an⁃alyzed from chemical composition,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics and other aspects.The application of network pharmacol⁃ogy and modern basic application research of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizome)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)were summarized,hoping to further reveal the compatibility mechanism of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizome)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)and pro⁃vide reference for the innovation of new Chinese medicine,the understanding of drug properties,the compatibility of drug pairs and the clinical application research.
