摘要
针对轨道交通机车车辆牵引电机温升试验时风量测量的需求,设计了一款风量测量系统,采用多功能传感变送器测量均速管流量传感器的输出差压信号,基于RS-485串行总线、Modbus-RTU通信协议实现变送器与上位计算机之间的数据传输,借助图形化编程语言LabVIEW编程开发多功能传感变送器的串口通信,实现了测量参数数值显示、绘图及数据保存等功能。测试结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,运行结果符合设计要求。
In order to meet the demand for air volume measurement during the temperature rise test of traction motors of rail transit rolling stock,an air volume measurement system is designed,which uses a multi-functional sensing transmitter to measure the output differential pressure signal of the velocity averaging tube flow sensor,based on RS-485 serial Bus and Modbus-RTU communication protocol realize data transmission between the transmitter and the host computer.With the help of graphical programming language LabVIEW programming,the serial communication of the multi-functional sensing transmitter is developed,and the numerical display,drawing and data saving of the measurement parameters are realized.and other functions.The test results show that the system operates stably and reliably,and the operation results meet the design requirements.
